Our intention is to facilitate "reactions", learning and relationships.

We want to accelerate and assist learning processes, helping individuals and organisations to achieve better results with less energy. We want to do it differently, enabling changes and transformation to happen.

TRAINING IN ONLINE AND IN-PERSON FACILITATION

Our in-person and online trainings and workshops in Facilitation support trainers to develop the right skills and learn innovative in-person and online facilitation techniques and tools that will improve the quality of delivery and, therefore, customers / end users satisfaction.

Based on your needs/requirements, we can tailor and adapt our trainings and workshops to cover a variety of topics, such as (but not limited to):

- How to design impactful trainings

- Facilitation techniques and methods such as mobile facilitation, experiential learning and Art of Hosting.

- Group Dynamics: group phases, how people behave when part of a group and, most importantly, how to use the dynamic of the group in benefit of your training.

- Andragogy: understanding how adults learn.

The length of the workshops and trainings is adapted to the needs of our customers and can vary from 2 hours (introduction) to 3-5 days (deep dive).

All trainings and workshops can be delivered in-person or online.

Carol Appel

Teaching and learning are two of my biggest passions. I have 15 years of experience in training facilitation, working with professionals from over 20 different countries.

Over those years I had the opportunity to directly support entrepreneurs, help organisations to create new or refresh existing training curricula and support trainers to improve their facilitation skills.
